Abstract:
At least one slider (40) among a plurality of sliders (41, 42, 43) of a transmission device (1) has a cam surface (71) which converts a radial-direction elastic force, which is applied by a cam biasing mechanism (80) provided on an input shaft (11) or output shaft (12), to a force in an axial direction X. The slider (40) is a sliding gear having a gear tooth surface 45 which meshes with a transmission gear positioned on a different axis from that of said slider. The cam surface (71) is formed such that the maximum distance thereof from the axial centre is smaller than the maximum distance of the gear tooth surface (45) from the axial centre.
