Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transmission and an in-wheel drive system for a vehicle comprising the transmission, and more specifically, to a transmission and an in-wheel drive system that can be easily reduced in size and can reduce transmission shock. One embodiment of the transmission according to the present invention comprises: a first input gear; a second input gear which is installed on the same axle but separated away from the first input gear; a plurality of third input gears that surround and engage with the first input gear; a plurality of fourth gears that surround engage with the second input gear; a fifth gear which is shaft-coupled to the second input gear and is provided with a gear on an outer circumference thereof; and a plurality of sixth gears that surround and engage with the fifth gear.
