Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a transmission gear, aiming at reducing the manufacturing steps. A transmission gear, wherein two members, i.e. a gear (1) and a wheel pinion (2) constitute a second transmission gear (100), the gear (1) being provided in its central portion with a hole (12) in which the wheel pinion (2) is installed, this hole (12) being provided therein with two chord-shaped stoppers (13), which are formed to be integral with the gear (1) in the step of making the hole (12), the length of a chord of each stopper (13) being substantially equal to a distance between two adjacent teeth (21, 21) of the wheel pinion (2), the wheel pinion (2) being fitted in the gear (1) so that the stoppers (13) are positioned between two adjacent teeth (21, 21), such engagement of the teeth (21, 21) of the wheel pinion (2) with the stoppers (13) enabling the circumferential rotation between the gear (1) and wheel pinion (2) to be prevented even when recesses are not provided in the wheel pinion (2).
