Abstract:

A transmission line and an electronic device. The transmission line further comprises a first signal line (10) embedded in a first grounding layer (1) and a second signal line (20) buried in a substrate layer (3). The transmission line is provided with a through hole (4) that penetrates through the first grounding layer (1), the substrate layer (3) and a second grounding layer (2) so as to electrically connect the first signal line (10) to the second signal line (20). The first grounding layer (1) is provided with an avoidance groove (11), and the first signal line (10) is arranged in the avoidance groove (11). The second grounding layer (2) is provided with a first isolation groove (51) surrounding the through hole (4), such that the through hole (4) is electrically isolated from the second grounding layer (2). According to the transmission line, the through hole (4) is provided in the substrate layer (3), such that a smaller diameter can be achieved, and more space can be provided for impedance adjustment of the transmission line. In addition, the processing process is simpler and the yield is high, thereby greatly improving the excellence rate of the transmission line.
