Abstract:
A transmission line member (10) comprises: a substrate (20) the shape of which extends along a transmission direction of a high frequency signal; a first transmission line; a second transmission line; and a third transmission line. The substrate (20) has: a first portion (111) in which the first transmission line is formed; a second portion (12) in which the second transmission line is formed; and a third portion (112) in which the third transmission line is formed. The second portion (12) is connected between the first portion (111) and the third portion (112). The thickness of the second portion (12) is smaller than the thickness of the first portion (111) and the third portion (112). The second transmission line is a line that is formed only from a conductor pattern extending in the transmission direction more than in the thickness direction.
