The present invention provides a transmission line and an electronic device. The transmission line comprises a first grounding conductor and a signal layer. The first grounding conductor is provided with at least two connecting regions and at least one grid region sandwiched between the connecting regions. A signal transmission line is provided inside the signal layer, and comprises at least two transmission units and at least one impedance adjustment unit sandwiched between the transmission units. An orthographic projection of the impedance adjustment unit is located in the grid region. The impedance adjustment unit is used for adjusting the impedance of the transmission line. The impedance of the transmission line is adjusted by adjusting the line width of the impedance adjustment unit, which effectively ensures the transmission performance of the transmission line. At the same time, the flexibility of the transmission line in the grid region of the transmission line is stronger, and the risk that the transmission line is bent and broken is reduced.
