Abstract:
A signal-line conductor (14) extends in a signal-propagation direction, and a dielectric (12), enclosing said signal-line conductor (14), also extends in the signal-propagation direction. Conductive films (18a to 18e) that function as ground conductors extend, along the sides of the dielectric (12), in the signal-propagation direction. Conductive films (26, 26, …) that function as bridge conductors connect the other conductive films (18a to 18e) to each other and extend, along the sides of the dielectric (12), in directions that intersect the signal-propagation direction.
