Abstract:
Provided is a transmission line for transmitting high-frequency waves between a pair of main surfaces of a substrate, wherein reflection loss is reduced compared to the input/output structure of a filter according to patent document 1. A transmission line (1) comprises: a substrate (10); a coplanar line (20) comprising a signal line pattern (21) and a first coplanar pattern (coplanar patterns 22, 23) that are provided on a main surface (11); and a dual-conductor line (30) comprising a first through-via (31) in electrical communication with the signal line pattern (21), and a ground conductor (through-vias 32, 33).
