Abstract:
A plunger pump, comprising a transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism comprises a housing (1), a push rod (2), a drive mechanism and a guide rod (4); the front and rear ends of the housing (1) are each provided with mounting holes; the front and rear ends of the push rod (2) are slidably mounted in the mounting holes at the front and rear ends of the housing (1), respectively; the push rod (2) is internally provided with a push chamber (21) and a guide recess (22), and the guide recess (22) extends along the axial direction of the push rod (2); the drive mechanism comprises an eccentric drive shaft (3), and the eccentric drive shaft (3) penetrates into the push chamber (21) and abuts against the front side of the push chamber (21); one end of the guide rod (4) is mounted on the housing (1), and the other end penetrates into the guide recess (22). The guide rod (4) moves back and forth along the extension direction of the guide recess (22) with respect to the push rod (2), so that the push rod (2) is limited by the guide rod (4) and moves end-to-end along the axial direction thereof under the action of the eccentric drive shaft (3). Thus, when the push rod (2) moves back and forth at a high speed, the direction in which force is received is along the axial direction thereof, thereby preventing the bending or twisting of the push rod (2) during high-speed movement. As a result, the stability of motion of the transmission mechanism is improved, thus improving the overall output accuracy of the plunger pump.
