Abstract:
A transmission mechanism (100), comprising an eccentric shaft (106), a first outer gear (114), a second outer gear (116), an intermediate ring (110), an output element (108), a connecting mechanism, a first planetary motion conversion mechanism, and a second planetary motion conversion mechanism. The eccentric shaft (106) drives the first outer gear (114) and the second outer gear (116) to perform planetary motion; the intermediate ring (110) is disposed between the first outer gear (114) and the second outer gear (116) around the eccentric shaft (106); the output element (108) is disposed on one side of the first outer gear (114) opposite to the intermediate ring (110); the connecting mechanism passes through the first outer gear (114) to connect the intermediate ring (110) and the output element (108); the first planetary motion conversion mechanism is configured to convert planetary motion of the first outer gear (114) into rotational motion of the intermediate ring (110); the second planetary motion conversion mechanism is configured to convert planetary motion of the second outer gear (116) into rotational motion of the intermediate ring (110); the first outer gear (114) and the second outer gear (116) drive the output element (108) to rotate by means of the intermediate ring (110). The present transmission mechanism (100) has the advantages of reducing the processing cost, improving the processing precision, improving the efficiency of assembly success, and greatly improving transmission precision.
