Abstract:
A transmission mechanism, comprising a planet carrier (1), a planet gear (2), a pin shaft (3), a sliding bearing (4), and thrust bearings (5), wherein the planet gear (2) is rotationally arranged on the planet carrier (1) by means of the pin shaft (3); the thrust bearings (5) are respectively arranged between two ends of the planet gear (2) and the planet carrier (1); a first lubrication gap (100) is formed between each thrust bearing (5) and one end face of the planet gear (2); the sliding bearing (4) is sleeved between the planet gear (2) and the pin shaft (3); a second lubrication gap (200) is formed between the inner periphery of the sliding bearing (4) and the pin shaft (3) or between the outer periphery of the sliding bearing (4) and the planet gear (2); the pin shaft (3) is provided with an oil passage; lubricating oil respectively enters the first lubrication gap (100) and the second lubrication gap (200) through the oil passage; and the discharge of the oil from the first lubrication gap (100) and the discharge of the oil from the second lubrication gap (200) do not interfere with each other. The transmission mechanism has a relatively good lubricating effect, and the service lives of the thrust bearings and the sliding bearing are relatively long.
