Abstract:
Provided is a data transmission method for a channel estimation sequence. The method comprises: generating and sending a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU), wherein the PPDU includes a channel estimation field, the channel estimation field includes one or more channel estimation sequences, and each channel estimation sequence of the one or more channel estimation sequences is obtained by means of converting an initial channel estimation sequence. Also provided is a corresponding transmission apparatus for a channel estimation sequence. By means of the method, a PPDU, which is based on the channel estimation field, can support features of a plurality of spatial flows. In addition, the initial channel estimation sequence is designed based on a Golay sequence, and can reduce an extra storage resource.
