The present application belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a transmission method and apparatus, and a device. The transmission method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a first device acquiring an output result of a target model, wherein the target model comprises a first model of the first device and/or a second model of a second device, and the first model is correlated with the second model; and the first device determining a transmission parameter according to the output result of the target model.
