Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a transmission method and an apparatus, the method comprising: a UE sends first data carrying a buffer status report by means of uplink unscheduled transmission; on the basis of the condition of receiving a feedback message of the network side, the UE determines a data transmission mode; the feedback message is obtained by the network side on the basis of the receiving condition of the first data and the buffer status report.
