Abstract:
The present invention includes: a shift lever 10 that is inserted through an opening 3 in a floor panel from the transmission side below the floor panel 2 and projects toward the vehicle cabin side above the floor panel 2; a tubular member 35 that is fitted on a portion of the shift lever 10 above the floor panel 2 so as to be able to relatively move in the axial direction; a boot member 50 that has, at the upper end thereof, a through-hole 54B and that allows the tubular member 35 to pass through the through-hole 54B to cover a gap between the opening 3 and the tubular member 35; a locking section 36 that is provided on an outer tube section of the tubular member 35 and that has at least a top surface section; and a locked section 54A that is provided on an inner circumferential section of the through-hole 54B and that has at least a bottom surface section supported by the top surface section in a contact manner.
