The transmission of rotation from one isolated hollow to another isolated hollow can be used for producing reducing gears for drives of sealed valves and ball-gage cocks, compressors and pumps for pumping toxic and radioactive substances, for chemical equipment and general purpose reducing gears. The inventive transmission comprises a crank arranged in bearings which are disposed in a body. Said crank is connected to a drive shaft and embodied in the form of a barrel which is provided with an inclined internal hole whose axis crosses the axis of the crank. Said transmission also comprises a rocker whose one arm is arranged inside the internal hole of the crank which is disposed in the bearings. Said arm is rigidly connected to a sleeve which is provided with an internal collar embodied on the one end and internal surface thereof and interacts with the end of the rocker. The inventive transmission is provided with a flexible housing which is rigidly fixed to the body and the rocker and separates a high pressure cavity from a low pressure cavity. The second arm of the rocker is connected to a wheel which is in mesh with a wheel axially connected to a driven shaft, the rims of the wheels being axially arranged with respect to the crank.
