Abstract:
A transmission system (10) for a surgical robot, and a master manipulator (01). The transmission system (10) for a surgical robot comprises: a rotating shaft unit (100) comprising a plurality of transmission shafts (110), the plurality of transmission shafts (110) being sequentially arranged at intervals, the transmission shaft (110) located at the head end being a driving shaft (120), and the remaining transmission shafts (110) being driven shafts (130); a plurality of pre-tightening units (200), the pre-tightening units (200) and the driven shafts (130) being adjustably arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode; and a plurality of transmission units (300), one transmission unit (300) being in one-to-one correspondence with two adjacent transmission shafts (110), each transmission unit (300) comprising a transmission wire (310), the transmission wires (310) being wound around the two adjacent transmission shafts (110) in a crossed manner and the pre-tightening units (200) or the transmission wires (310) being wound around the two adjacent transmission shafts (110) in a crossed manner, and the tensions of the transmission wires (310) in the same group being the same. In the working process, the transmission wires (110) in the same group are not in contact with each other, and the pre-tightening units (200) are adjusted to adjust the tensions of the transmission wires (310), so that the overall structure is compact, and the stability is good. Forward and reverse rotation of the transmission shafts (110) is realized by the transmission wires (310), a high reduction ratio is obtained, and driving of the forward and reverse rotation is provided by the driving shaft (120), so that the reverse driving force is small, and the driving performance is good.
