The present invention relates to a transmissive image tilting device for a projection system and a projection system having the transmissive image tilting device and, more specifically, to a transmissive image tilting device, for a projection system, enabling higher image resolution and a projection system having the image tilting device. A transmissive image tilting device for a projection system according to the present invention comprises: an optical path conversion lens through which light transmits; a carrier on which the optical path conversion lens is mounted; a support frame surrounding the carrier from the outer sides of the carrier; a hinge part for connecting the support frame and the carrier; a first driving part provided on one side of the carrier and for generating a first driving force; and a second driving part provided on the other side of the carrier and for generating a second driving force, wherein the first driving force and the second driving force generate a rotational force about the hinge part to the carrier and enables refraction of the light transmitting through the optical path conversion lens.
