Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a transmitter, a local oscillator calibration circuit and a calibration method, for improving the performance of a transmitter. The transmitter comprises: a baseband signal path, configured to generate an analog baseband signal; a local oscillator signal path, comprising: a first buffer, configured to acquire a first oscillator signal, and calibrate a duty ratio of the first oscillator signal according to a differential voltage signal, to obtain a second oscillator signal; a local oscillator calibration circuit, comprising: a second buffer and a voltage dividing bias circuit, the second buffer being configured to generate a static point adjustment signal according to a self-bias voltage, and use the static point adjustment signal to adjust the current of the voltage dividing bias circuit, so as to generate a differential voltage signal, the static working point of the second buffer matching the static working point of the first buffer, a common mode voltage signal corresponding to the differential voltage signal being used to track the static point adjustment signal; and a frequency dividing circuit, configured to perform frequency division on the second oscillator signal, to obtain a local oscillator signal; and a mixer, configured to up-convert the analog baseband signal using the local oscillator signal, so as to generate a radio frequency signal.
