Title:
TRANSMITTER AND SIGNAL PROCESSING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/150930
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a transmitter and a signal processing method, which have relatively low power source loss and relatively high safety. The transmitter comprises at least one power amplification circuit and a matching circuit, wherein the matching circuit is coupled to an antenna; and the power amplification circuit comprises a plurality of switched capacitor circuits, which are connected in parallel. A power supply circuit is coupled to the plurality of switched capacitor circuits, and the power supply circuit is used for selectively providing a first level and a second level to the switched capacitor circuits, wherein the first level is less than the second level. The switched capacitor circuits each comprise a first high-side switch, a first low-side switch and a capacitor, wherein the first high-side switch and the first low-side switch are coupled in series between the power supply circuit and a grounding terminal, the capacitor is coupled to the first high-side switch and is coupled to the first low-side switch, and the capacitor is coupled to the matching circuit; the first high-side switch is used for selectively receiving a first steady-state signal and a first digitally adjustable drive signal; and the first low-side switch is used for selectively receiving a second steady-state signal and a second digitally adjustable drive signal.
