Abstract:
A transmitting and receiving system comprises a transmitting device 10 and a receiving device 15. In the transmitting device 10, a coding unit 204 determines code data from the cumulative disparity of code data coded by a coding unit 214, the cumulative disparity of code data coded by the coding unit 204, and the disparity of code data determined by the coding unit 214 and outputs the determined code data. In the receiving device 15, a combination unit 226 combines data descrambled by a descrambling unit 234 and a descrambling unit 224, sorts the combined data in input units to be handled by a decryption unit 152, and outputs the sorted data to the decryption unit 152.
