Abstract:
Disclosed is a transparent conductive film-laminated substrate. Also disclosed is a process for producing the transparent conductive film-laminated substrate. A primer solution comprising an ethylene oxide derivative and a polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane is applied on the surface of a substrate at a thickness of not less than 1 μm and less than 100 μm and dried, thereby forming a primer on the surface of the substrate. A metal microparticle dispersion which can form a network structure is applied on the primer and dried, thereby forming a transparent conductive film. In this manner, a transparent conductive film-laminated substrate having a total light transmittance of 70% or more and a surface resitivity of 50 Ω/□ or less can be produced. The transparent conductive film-laminated substrate has good optical transmission properties and controlled electrical conductivity.
