Abstract:
Disclosed are a novel transparent conductive film that uses a material that is low in toxicity and can be supplied inexpensively and stably, a method for manufacturing a transparent conductive film, a dye-sensitized solar cell, and a solid-electrolyte cell. The transparent conductive film is formed by subjecting a Li4Ti5O12 target to sputtering in a nitrogen-containing atmosphere. Said transparent conductive film has a titanium-nitride crystal structure and contains lithium, titanium, oxygen, and nitrogen.
