Abstract:
Provided is a transparent conductive film which exhibits excellent gas-barrier properties and electrical conductivity and which, even after having been placed in a wet high-temperature environment, has a low sheet resistivity and excellent electrical conductivity.
The transparent conductive film is a zinc oxide-based conductive multilayer structure comprising a substrate and, formed on at least one surface thereof, (A) a gas-barrier layer and (B) a transparent conductive layer comprising a zinc oxide-based conductive material, wherein the gas-barrier layer is constituted of a material comprising oxygen atoms, carbon atoms, and silicon atoms and has a region in which from the surface of the gas-barrier layer along the depth direction, the concentration of oxygen atoms in the layer gradually decreases and the concentration of carbon atoms therein gradually increases.
