Abstract:
[Problem] To realize a transparent conductive film which has high scratch resistance and in which crystallization of a transparent conductive layer is completed in a short time. [Solution] Provided is a transparent conductive film 10 in which a hard coating layer 12, an optical adjustment layer 13, and a transparent conductive layer 14 are laminated in this order on a transparent substrate film 11. The thickness of the hard coating layer 12 is 250-2000 nm, and the thickness of the optical adjustment layer 13 is 2-10% of the thickness of the hard coating layer. The crystallization of the transparent conductive layer 14 is completed by heat treatment at 140°C for 30 minutes, for example.
