Abstract:
Disclosed is a transparent conductive solution having higher conductivity and transparency than conventional conductive solutions. The transparent conductive solution is characterized by containing 180-200% by weight of nitric acid, 28.8-30.8% by weight of a bismuth trioxide powder, 2.88-3.08% by weight of copper(II) oxide, 139.2-159.2% by weight of ammonia water, 7.2-9.2% by weight of aluminum oxide, 100-120% by weight of ethanol, and 1-3% by weight of triethylamine.
