Abstract:
A transparent conductive substrate for solar cell that is low in the resistance of tin oxide layer, being less in the amount of near-infrared ray absorbed by the tin oxide layer. There is provided a transparent conductive substrate for solar cell comprising a base material and, laid in sequence from the side of the base material, at least a silicon oxide layer and multiple superimposed tin oxide layers adjacent to the silicon oxide layer, wherein the multiple superimposed tin oxide layers include at least one of each of a tin oxide layer doped with fluorine and a tin oxide layer not doped with fluorine.
