Abstract:
Disclosed are: a transparent conductive substrate for a solar cell, which is capable of improving the fill factor (FF) and the open circuit voltage (Voc); and a solar cell using the transparent conductive substrate for a solar cell.
Specifically disclosed is a transparent conductive substrate for a solar cell, which comprises at least a tin oxide layer on a base. The transparent conductive substrate for a solar cell is characterized in that: the tin oxide layer has recesses and projections on a surface that is not the base-side surface; an oxide mainly composed of titanium is provided on the surface that has the recesses and projections; the oxide is in the form of particles that have an average diameter of 1-100 nm; and the oxide is provided at a density of 10-100 particles/μm2.
