Abstract:
Disclosed are a transparent conductive substrate on which a transparent conductive thin film layer and a transparent metal oxide layer are layered in said order on one or both sides, and a manufacturing method for the same. The transparent conductive substrate is characterised by the transparent metal oxide layer having a plurality of micropores which penetrate the front surface and the back surface thereof, the diameter of said micropores being larger at the surface opposite the surface which abuts the transparent conductive thin film layer than at the surface which abuts the transparent conductive thin film layer. The manufacturing method for the transparent conductive substrate is characterised by the transparent metal oxide layer being formed on the surface of the transparent conductive thin film layer by oblique vapour deposition.
