Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a transparent conductor in which a conductive fine line pattern which was stably thinned can be held on a substrate with good close adhesiveness, and a method for producing a transparent conductor. The above problem is solved by including: an undercoating layer 2 which is formed on a substrate 1, which has a surface energy of 40 mN/m or greater but less than 65 mN/m, and for which the ratio of surface energy polar component γP and surface energy hydrogen bonding component γH is 0.05 < (γP/γH) < 2; and a pattern consisting of conductive fine lines which are formed on the undercoating layer 2 by printing line segments using ink having a conductive material concentration of less than 5 wt%, and then causing the conductive material to selectively accumulate at both ends in the direction of width of the line segments during the ink drying process.
