Abstract:
A transparent electrode member 100 according to the present invention, which is capable of improving the invisibility of a transparent electrode pattern, while having adequate dielectric breakdown resistance, comprises: a substrate 101 that has light transmitting properties; and a plurality of first transparent electrodes 4B which are arranged on a first surface S1 of the substrate 101 so as to align in a first direction, and which are electrically connected to each other, while having light transmitting properties. Each first transparent electrode 4B has a diffusion layer DL which comprises: a matrix MX that is formed of an insulating material; and conductive nanowires NW that are dispersed in the matrix MX. A connection part 7 which electrically connects two adjacent first transparent electrodes 4B, 4B to each other is composed of a conductive region CR; and peripheral regions PR1, PR2 of the first transparent electrodes 4B, 4B have a higher density of conductive regions CR than central regions ER of the first transparent electrodes 4B, 4B.
