Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transparent emulsion composition having excellent stability, and a cosmetic product, comprising the transparent emulsion composition, which gives an excellent feeling when applied. The transparent emulsion composition according to the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of a silicone polymer, 100 to 300 parts by weight of a silicone oil, 1 to 10 parts by weight of an amino silicone oil, 50 to 100 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 50 to 90 parts by weight of a first humectant, 70 to 110 parts by weight of a second humectant, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a thickener.
