Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transparent golf grip manufacturing method wherein robust coupling power is maintained between a protective cap positioned on an end part of a grip installed on a shaft handle part of a golf club and the grip, the durability of the protective cap is increased, and patterns/shapes and characters are formed inside the grip and are displayed to the outside. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a transparent golf grip that is coupled/installed to a handle part of a shaft (410) of a golf club (400) in order to improve the grip feeling. The method comprises a step of forming a circular or polygonal protective cap (100) by using a raw material comprising one selected from elastic transparent resin, rubber, silicone, and urethane or comprising a mixture of at least two selected therefrom, the protective cap (100) having a hole (110) formed at the center thereof such that a part of the end of the shaft is fitted and coupled thereto, the protective cap (100) having an opening (120) formed through the center of the hole (110) so as to communicate with the outside, and the protective cap (100) having fitting pieces (130) formed around the hole in the circumferential direction so as to have a length larger than the length of the opening. A grip (200) is molded by using a raw material comprising one selected from elastic transparent resin, rubber, silicone, and urethane or comprising a mixture of at least two selected therefrom, the grip (200) having a rear end portion integrated with the protective cap, and the grip (200) having a cavity (210) formed at the center thereof such that the shaft is fitted and coupled thereto along the longitudinal direction. The rear end portion of the grip is molded such that the fitting pieces are buried therein, thereby integrating the protective cap and the rear end portion of the grip so as to maintain robust coupling power.
