Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method having the primary objective of forming, into a transparent grip, a grip provided to a shaft handle part of various sporting goods in order to have a sense of grip and grasping power and to protect the hands, wherein a design is expressed and promotional patterns and lettering are marked on the inner side of the transparent grip to be shown on the outside thereof, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a marking sheet (300) by printing the promotional patterns or lettering (320) on one surface of a film (310); molding and cooling an inner grip (200), of which the inside is hollow (210), by using a raw material of one of, or a mixture of at least two of, resin, rubber, and silicon, which have elasticity, such that the inner grip is tightly fitted onto and coupled to a handle (110) of the shaft (100); forming a marking layer (500) of the promotional patterns or lettering on the surface of the inner grip, by marking the promotional patterns or lettering, which is printed on one surface of the marking sheet, on the surface of the cooled inner grip and separating only the film; and molding an outer grip (400) to be integrated with the inner grip on the surface, of the inner grip, on which the marking layer is formed, by using the raw material of one of, or a mixture of at least two of, transparent resin, rubber, and silicon, which have elasticity, such that the marking layer is shown on the outer grip.
