Abstract:
Provided is a transparent heater comprising a conductive film and a connection part that can connect to a power supply device, wherein: the conductive film has a transparent substrate and a conductive part comprising a thin metal wiring pattern disposed on one or both surfaces of the transparent substrate; the thin metal wiring pattern is configured from thin metal wires; the thin metal wires have gaps; and in a cross-section of the thin metal wires perpendicular to the extension direction of the thin metal wires, where SM is the cross-sectional area of the thin metal wires and SVtotal is the total cross-sectional area of the gaps included in the cross-section of the thin metal wires, SVtotal/SM is 0.10-0.40.
