The present invention relates to a transparent plate having an abrasion-resistant layer deposited thereon having improved durability, and a method for depositing an abrasion-resistant layer on a transparent plate, and according to one embodiment of the present invention, a transparent plate having an abrasion-resistant layer deposited thereon is provided, the transparent plate comprising: a base formed from a transparent synthetic resin material; a functional layer deposited on the base; an abrasion-resistant layer deposited on the functional layer; and a coupling layer formed between the base and the functional layer, and between the functional layer and the abrasion-resistant layer, and formed by means of a pre-treatment including a plasma treatment performed multiple times.
