Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention is a transparent sensing device comprising: a transparent substrate (10); a microprocessor (70) arranged on the transparent substrate (10), the microprocessor (70) having a surface area of 10,000 μm2 or less; a plurality of wirings (40) connected to the microprocessor (70); and a sealing layer (50) that covers the microprocessor (70) and the wirings (40) arranged on the transparent substrate (10). The sealing layer (50) is a transparent resin having a post-curing water absorption rate of 1% or less. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a transparent sensing device in which migration of wirings is suppressed and which has exceptional reliability.
