Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transparent substrate with metal oxide layers, wherein: the transparent substrate has a first main surface and a second main surface; a first metal oxide layer is arranged on the first main surface; a second metal oxide layer is arranged on the second main surface; the first metal oxide layer is an antireflection layer; the first metal oxide layer has a thickness of 200 nm to 400 nm; and the thickness of the second metal oxide layer is more than 0% but less than 5.0% of the thickness of the first metal oxide layer.
