Title:
TRANSPARENT VACUUM TUBE CONTAINING MIRRORS AND A LIQUID TRANSFER TUBE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/217897
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to a transparent glass tube empty of air and other gases for preventing heat transfer, which contains reflective parabolic mirrors that focus sunrays. The glass vacuum tube also contains a glass or metal liquid transfer tube that passes through the focus of the parabola such that sun rays are focused thereon. The liquid transfer tube is coated with paints that absorb sunrays and allows the transfer of any coolant, for example, oil. These glass vacuum tubes can be used individually, or arranged in rows on a metal support, and are moved to track the sun such that the parabolic mirrors face the sun, thereby focusing the sunrays on the liquid transfer tube from almost all directions. The oil is heated and transported to be used in factories and to heat steam turbine boilers and swimming pools. The tubes are made in different sizes, diameters and lengths as required, the size thereof being proportionate to the size of the reflective mirrors and the liquid transfer tube.
