Abstract:
A transparent wear-resistant film layer, a plastic substrate modification method, and a product, the plastic substrate modification method comprises the following steps: bombarding with ions at least one plastic substrate positioned in one chamber of a PECVD coating device in order to clean and activate the plastic substrate, and on the surface of the activated plastic substrate, using a siloxane monomer as a reaction material and using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition to form a transparent wear-resistant film layer.
