Abstract:
Provided is a transport conveyor configured such that: deck pieces (13) constituting deck modules (12) are adapted to serve also as chain links; auxiliary sprockets (8) meshing with the deck pieces (13) are provided between a pair of conveyor chains (4, 4); front connection links (14) and rear connection links (15), the front and rear connection links (14, 15) being included in the deck modules (12), are connected to the attachments (4b) of the conveyor chains by inserting removable connection pins into pin holes which are formed in the front connection links (14) and the rear connection links (15) and which are long in the transport direction; and the front connection links (14) and the rear connection links (15) have extension sections extending forward and rearward in the transport direction and overlapping each other.
