Abstract:
The present invention automates the up and down motion of jigs of moving bodies that are transported by a transport device while also reducing the overall complexity of the transport device. According to the present invention, a transport device comprises: moving bodies (4D, 4U) that have jigs (20D, 20U) that can move up and down; a transport part that transports the moving bodies; and a jig operation part (14) that moves the jigs up and/or down. The jigs have a ferromagnetic magnetic body (32). The jig operation part has an electromagnet (36) and a pushing/pulling part (40) that moves the electromagnet. The jig operation part moves the jigs up and/or down by moving the electromagnet as attached to the magnetic body.
