Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a transport method, a ground station, a transport plane, and a transport system. The method comprises: generating a target transport route according to a transport task; on the basis of the target transport route, performing flight simulation according to plane simulation parameters to obtain a simulated flight path; and determining, according to a preset flight condition, whether simulation fault information is present in the simulated flight path, so as to obtain a fault determination result, and performing a corresponding transport operation according to the fault determination result. By performing fault determination on the simulated flight path, whether a fault setting affecting flight transport is present in the transport task is pre-determined according to the fault determination result, thereby improving the transport task, optimizing the corresponding target transport route, and improving the transport efficiency. By transmitting the transport task and the target transport route to the transport plane by means of the ground station, the problem of high transport cost caused by manual transport modes of helicopters can be solved.
