While accumulating water, considerable time is lost, potential of water is wasted and serious losses occur in the process of converting the mechanical energy into the electrical energy.

A simple elevator pulley which is reminiscent of a watermill was activated by the mechanical energy of stream/ sea/ocean water by applying mechanical force. The non- electric elevator system got the load up to 1000-1500 m. and transferred it to a telpher-like unit. Afterwards, the load was carried from an upland location to a low one through gravitational acceleration. Wave, ebb and flow, stream potentials were used.
