Abstract:
A transportation packaging test apparatus capable of performing a three YXZ-axis simultaneous vibration test for articles ranging from light articles to heavy articles, reduced in size and weight, manufacturable at low cost, and less restricted by test places. A vibrating stand (2) is horizontally supported on a frame (1) through coiled springs (3) at the rear surface four corners of the vibrating stand, and formed so that a test article (19) can be held on the table surface part (2a) of the vibrating stand (2) by a holding device (12). A mounting leg part (7) installed on the rotatingly driving part incorporated part (5) side of a vibration exciter (4) which generates a vibration with a frequency matching the rotational speed due to a weight unbalance between the rotating shaft (5b) of a rotatingly driving part (5a) with a longitudinally horizontal rotating axis and an eccentric flywheel (6a) integrally interlocked with the rotating shaft (5b) is suspendedly fitted to the rear surface of the vibrating stand (2). Also, the test apparatus comprises a vibration exciter control part (17) capable of rotating the rotatingly driving part (5a) of the vibration exciter (4) in normal and reverse directions. Based on the vibration by the vibration exciter (4) in the longitudinal, lateral, and vertical directions, the vibrating stand (2) can be vibrated simultaneously in three axis directions.
