Abstract:
Provided is a transposon system, comprising a transposase and a transposon. The transposase is a mutant transposase or a fusion transposase. Compared with a wild-type ZB transposase as shown by SEQ ID NO: 1, the mutant transposase has one or more amino acid substitution mutations and has improved transposition efficiency. The transposon contains a mutant ITR sequence, which lacks a CpG motif compared with a wild-type ITR sequence SEQ ID NO: 11 or 12, and can reduce immunogenicity without affecting the transposition efficiency.
