CLAIMS 1) Production of a lock that was manufactured from metal sheet, metal bar and metal spring, to latch movable panels to be used in doors, windows and similar instruments, manufactured from sandwich panel made of all kinds of wood, metal, plastic or aluminum that can be used in individual or commercial fields. 2) In line with the Claim 1, the lock consists of strike plate, metal screw and notched sheet and therefore serves for locking. 3) Main case is manufactured by welding metal sheets and metal bar using arc welder, and bolt holes were made to fix the deadbolts and keyhole. 4) The mounting is done by making a slot on the panel body or mounting the lock outside of the body. 5) Trap lock mechanism is suitable for using in cabinet doors, as well as padlocks. |
Technical Field
Our lock that is suhiect to the invention is designed to he used in cover ioint of wooden and aluminium sandwich panels used in individual or commercial structures and is used with a metal pin as a key.
There are different kinds of locks in the market, most of which can be used
by being mounted over main body. Our trap lock that is subject to the
invention
is mounted to inner and outer body in all kinds of wooden and aluminium sandwich panels and all similar panels, which prevent
that it occupies a place on panel surface.
State of the art
There are different locks in the state of the art used in individual and
commercial areas; the locks currently used in the market are generally used
by being mounted on surface in wooden and aluminium sandwich and plastic
panels
while trap lock subject to the lock has two different models and is used as rotary or pull-push
Object of the invention
It aims to provide a reliable product to the market in terms of safety and
aesthetics by eliminating the disadvantages mentioned in the state of the art.
On the other hand, it is designed to be used easily in design
all kinds of wooden, aluminium and plastic panels to be used in door, window, etc. in individual and commercial areas. Explanation of the Figures

Exnlanation of the Invention
Design phase of our trap lock subject to the invention has been performed in a detailed manner without any restriction and our invention is designed to combine panels designed as moving in all kinds of wooden, metal, plastic and aluminium door, window or similar panels and in caravans and similar structures according to area of use and need Our trap lock subject to the invention is easy and practical to apply
and its place is prepared by carving inner or outer side of the body in a way the the
lock is attached from the side over the nanel where it is to be used and the kev hole is opened. Design Phase of the Lock
Firstly, we start to mount by creating the main body of our lock. Before starting the main body mounting of our lock, we press the ground casing plate (8) in front of the lock casing after placing (6) the main casing ground metal casing (1) that we specify in the references before, inside the spring bed in the spring (2) lock plates by means of apparatus (5). We place its upper side on the base in a parallel manner.
As described in the nhotogranh iFigure 21 we mount arm shaft thrust snring P 91 allowing locking of door panel (20) to inner arm shaft fixing hook (27).
Then, arm shaft sticker (22) with two directional conical and prism is attached to the fixing hook (27) connecting arm shaft. Spring (28) placing the arms inside inner door arm nanel (25) is attached with the thrust snring P9Ϊ 15Attachment slot (22) of arm nanel inside locking casing is connected to door outer panel (20) with the bolts attaching inner and outer door arm panels.
Door arm is opened by being thrust from outside and pulled from inside with two
directional rotation. As a second alternative, we can arrange the same lock as thrusting opening.
Design of only thrusting and opening, pulling and closing arm:
20 Locking arm (32) that can be unlocked bv both thrusting and rotating outside the door inside door outer arm panel (34), arm shaft thrust spring (19) between outer arm lock key (33) inside this, arm shaft (37) unlocking lock bolt and locking lug on outer arm panel (35) are thrust and pressed and twisted and attached to arm shaft (37) unlocking locking lugs.
Bolt bed connecting arm panels (36) are attached to the inner arm panel (38) by passing through locking arm connection channels to locking casings.
It has inner arm panel (38) and thrust spring (19).
Tn the next nhase. we mount locking right 131 and left side 141 and side lugs to the inner nart of the lock. Next, we mount our steel spring (2) allowing locking operation by performing compression of inner locking apparatuses into its place as seen in Figure (6) that is the installed view of the casing in a manner that it will clutch it from the bottom area of the apparatuses. In the next phase, we seal the lock that is subject to the invention with the cap parallel to the base. After this phase, the lock becomes ready to use. Locking slot is arranged inside the nanel bodv based on the nlace where the annlication is to be performed and is positioned into its place and locking lock equivalent with its reference numbers indicated according to the condition of the application area is fitted and mounted opposite the area where the lock is to be applied.
Notches are opened as seen in Figure 1 for the locking for which locking principle is to be used Locking mechanism is enabled as can be see in (12) when the main casing enters the casing from locking lug slot that we have unlocked for ground metal fish plate as in Figure (1) earlier as can be seen in the said notched area (16) and locking right (3) and left (4) apparatuses that we have mounted inside the main casing perform locking operation with the pressing of compression steel spring (2) that we have fitted around the apparatus again. We make use of locking lug (9) allowing locking inside for functioning of the key in pulling and pushing thrust lock in question. Door arm (24) is opened and performs locking once lock is reversed It onlv unlocks the lock with the kev outside ( 18Y
