Abstract:
The present specification provides a compound that inhibits TRAP1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In this case, the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can inhibit the binding between TRAP1 and the client protein. In addition, the present specification provides: a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer or ophthalmic disease comprising a compound that inhibits TRAP1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and use thereof.
