Abstract:
This travel control method is configured: so that points (CK1 to CK4) to which a vehicle has travelled are learned on the basis of images obtained by performing image capture of the periphery of the vehicle using cameras (12a, 12b) mounted on the vehicle; and so that the travel trajectory of the vehicle is learned on the basis of vehicle signals obtained from the vehicle. A determination is made as to whether the vehicle has passed the points (CK1 to CK4) on the basis of the images obtained by performing image capture with the cameras (12a, 12b), and vehicle travel control is carried out using, as target trajectories (TJ1 to TJ4) between the points (CK1 to CK4), the travel trajectory learned on the basis of the vehicle signals.
