Disclosed are a travel motor shift valve (100), a travel motor and a construction machine. The travel motor shift valve (100) comprises a valve core (1), a first working oil port (Y), a second working oil port (L), a third working oil port (Z), an external control oil port (X) and a feedback oil port (C). The valve core (1) switches from a low speed to a high speed and from a high speed to a low speed at two different preset values, so that input pressure values of a motor (400) do not satisfy shift boundary conditions after shifting, thereby effectively preventing the travel motor from repeatedly switching between high and low speeds, and reducing construction machine vibration under heavy load conditions.
